Federal Board 10th Class Essay: My feeling after selection for journey into space
I always had a keen interest in space and all the stars which were around it. I never thought that I would go there but my extreme liking for space made me hope that someday something extraordinary would happen and I would go to the journey to the space.
It was a sunny day, and I was getting for my school. There was nothing special in the day other than the fact that I had to present my science assignment to the teacher. The teacher had promised that he would give us a very special gift this time and I was sure it would be a chewing gum or chocolate. I never knew something very special was about to happen.
I went to my class, and to everyone’s surprise I got the highest marks in the assignment and suddenly and a man approached me. He was the cousin of my teacher who had come all the way from America and he has promised my teacher that the student who would get the highest marks the assignment would get a chance to go to a journey to the space. At first I thought everything was a joke.
Everything was real, the assignment and also the selection to for journey into space. My teacher’s cousin was actually a very celebrated scientist of US and his company had decided to take a boy from a third world country to the space. It was my lucky day, everything I had ever wished was about to get true. I felt very happy. I would even go to the extent of saying that words cannot describe how happy I was. I thanked Allah for that he had blessed me with the opportunity which 1 in a billion person gets in this world.
