WEDDING CELEBRATIONS
A WEDDING is a ceremony in which families celebrate to express their happiness for the married couple .It shows special bond between two people .There is a vast difference in wedding traditions and cultures in different cultures,ethnic groups,religious countries and social class.every wedding depicts and refects its own religion in a special way.For example some weddings involve exchange of ring, symbolic item,flower,money,and ceremony is followed by wedding reception .MUSIC ,poetry ,prayers or reading from religious texts are also made fundamental part of ceremony .
In our religion weddings are celebrated in a beautiful manner,the preparations for wedding are started a long time before the wedding date .The muslim religion depicts marriage as a source of simplicity but nowadays it reflects the social status .the wedding in muslim cultures is divide into four functions .it start with mayon then proceeding to mehndi ,barat and finally the valima ceremony .ALL THESE occasions take place in halls or open area full decorated with fresh flowers ,lights ,furnished with chairs and magnificient backstage .it is accompanied by dholki ,dancing and singing songs in mehndi and mayoon.on main wedding day ,the religious prayer of muslims ;NIKKAH;take place.In muslim world there are colourful variations from place to place.
To sum up, all religions have different beliefs and customs and eventually have various diverse ways of celebrating marriages.There are large nu mber of customs revealed in form of Christian customs,Hindu customs,Jewish customs,Muslim and Chinese customs.Overall weddings have an utmost importance and we should respect them and the way they are celebrated.
