Barriers to communications

Communication is a two-way process which involve sender and receiver to conversate. Barriers to communicate can be arise from any of the person i.e sender and receiver. There may be some sort of techniqal, Psychological, physiological or semantic hinderances to communicate.all these obstacle can be removed easily by the “redundancy” process .this is the way in which sender use more than one channel to communicate.so, if one channel fails to provide the information then other channel properly works. In an organisation communcation barriers for the managers  originate because there may be difference of gender, education level ,background , professions , age and religion. But the short solution to impident these problem is formation of informal communication in organisation ,coaching and delegation.
