New Year:
New year starts right after 31st of December. 1st January is the new and first day of New Year. According to the English calendar January is the first month of the new year. People feel happy on new year. People having fun and parties on the New Year night. They enjoy these parties and New hopes are develop on the arrival of new year. People make new resolutions and promises to achieve their goals which they could not get in the last year. They congratulate each other on New Year.
If we talked about Islamic year then there is a difference. As we know that Islamic months completed with the moon circle. And the first month of Islamic new year is MUHARRAM. As the starts of this month Muslims make prayers and Duas. They recall their prophets and remember their sacrifices for Islam. Muslim make resolutions to spend their lives according to sunnah and Islamic rules.
