Rash driving in Lahore

It is impossible to drive properly in Lahore. The sad part is that every person is in a rush as if he or she will have to go sworn as the President of Pakistan. This kind of behaviour is the root cause of accidents in the city. I believe that before issuing the driving license the authority should make sure that the people with sound mind should be given the license.
