A person who has the ability to manage the tasks efficiently is called a manager. A person with such unique abilities is required by enterprises to manage the workload. A good manager is one who understands the needs of his people and gets his work done on the right time. They are not meant to develop new policies or procedures to get the work done but they are meant to follow rules and guidelines and make others to follow them as well. A manager has to deliver maximum output from his work force in minimum time as possible.
