There is a slump in the property of Lahore. The rates are decreasing for all the properties. Rates of all kind of properties have decreased which has discouraged investors to invest in the real estate sector further. The land developers of Lahore have suffered huge losses due to the 4 year delay in the commercialization policy. People are no longer interested in investing money in Lahore because they feel that their investment is not safe in Pakistan.
