Load shedding in Lahore (Burn in HELL!)

What is happening?
Why is it happening?
How is it happening?
Who is responsible for it?

Are we being punished? I think we all are being punished for something. People of Lahore are suffering load shedding of 18-20 hours per day. It seems that the government is punishing us for our sins. We all are living in hell and the government only has to say “Burn in HELL!”
