His office The Waqar Secretariat hosts some 2000 people daily who need to get their problems fixed and they get speedy service with efficient workers catering to all their needs. The people love him so much they keep standing outside his residence all day just to get a glimpse of their leader. He has built countless roads in Dera and has improved the lives of his people with offering much better sanitation in low level areas. He has provided electricity to the areas where people were even deprived of the basic needs. He continues his promise to his people and serves them willingly. He is a true leader in Pakistan and one of the few who have always held their people before their own self.
