Muscles will become flabby and weak .Your heart and lungs won’t function efficiently and joints will be stiff and easily injured . The salutary and the most apparent deed you can perform for yourself and for not be in a caution medium , is to take exercise regularly .
The prevailing condition of our life style in the twenth century is hopeless for our metabolism and for each and every organ of our body as well .
We are not taking the healthy food , the display and extol towards the junk food by us is abundantly increasing day by day .
Our bodies meant to move they actually crave exercise . Regular exercise is necessary for physical fitness and good health . As well diet is the main factor for all the detructive form of body and life .There are not certain factors which can be followed just not to dwindle yourself with the facts and shum of the different aspects should defiantly effect us . The important feature which august our self to maintain our body is exercise . it improves stamina strength and tones your mind and body enhance flexibility , controls weights and improves quality of life as well.
