Essay on Religious tolerance:
The capacity for or the practice of recognizing and respecting the beliefs or practices of others.Religious tolerance recognizes the dignitiy of the human beings, their religious devotion,basic equality and fundamental freedom of thought, conscience and belief.All belief or religion teaches tolerance on all levels:individually and group wise, but in islam tolerance is the mechanism that upholds human rights and the rule of law. It allows every human being to profess its religious preference. It teaches that there should not be any compulsion in the religion.During war killing of women and children , old people is prohibited in islam.
