In Pakistan there are rules and regulations are created in every matter of life but nobody strictly follows these laws, rules and regulations. Why this is happening so often…because when anybody breaks such rules will not be punished, or will be punished by very minute punishment.InPakistan there is very poor system of punishments for an offender.
