Please do not compare your English with your class fellows because the IELTS exam is not going to compare your English with them. IELTS will compare your English with a native speaker of English.
People think they have very good English and they think that they can get Band 7 easily. They feel that practice will enable them to do it. People keep on practicing and they feel as if their English is very good.
