IELTS in Lahore-Who gets band 7

There are many institutes in Lahore which are providing IELTS tuition, but the questions rises that which is the best institute for IELTS. The average fees which most of the institutes are charging is 5,000 rupees per month and the average number of students in a class are 25-30.
