There are some people who work for money and there are some people who work for the people. I do not know how this person is running the academy and why is he running it this way. Mr. Umar Khan has provided the entire IELTS course for free on the official website of PACANS. He is providing the IELTS course for Rs 3500 while others are providing it for Rs 10,000. He has completed his education from Canada and was on the Deans Honor Roll. We all respect him for everything he is doing for Pakistan.
