IELTS Preparation Institute in Lahore

I have to take my IELTS exam after 2 weeks and these IELTS preparation institutes are charging a lot of money. I even met a person who told me that I will have to pay him 15,000. Is there any institute which is covering the IELTS course in 2,000 to 3,000? I checked the internet, it was only PACANS so I guess I will have to go there, heard a lot of good things about it.
