Language courses in Lahore by Canada Qualified (PACANS) Rs 2000

I want to take admission in the spoken English course in Lahore. My friend’s sister did the IELTS preparation from PACANS and she got 6.5 band. I want to ask that is PACANS offering the spoken English course or not?
