Matric English Essay: Sports and Games

Sports and games are important for everyone. We should indulge ourselves in physical activities.  Sports and games give us the opportunity to be physically fit and at the same time the chance to enjoy. I think that the whole notion promoting sports should be intensified. I personally feel that physical education should be made mandatory in schools so that the children could take it seriously.

I love football. First I used to love cricket a lot but the deteriorating performance of Pakistani players forced me never to watch their matched as they do not play for the country as a matter of fact they play for their own money.

By playing games a person can work harder because when we play games we are actually competing and competition is something which will increase the productivity thus getting better results. Whenever I get a chance on the weekends I ask my friends and cousins to come over to my house so that we could play some sports. I have recently decided to participate in the annual sports day and I would be running in it and there are prospects I might even win as I have been practicing a lot.
