Conflict:-
Conflict means something that creates disagreement within the people. It may lead to fight and some kind of battles. Conflicts may be physical or for the ideas. Conflict is a part of life. It may be arises at many times. Two friends even family members can have conflict on an issue or idea that may be differ from their thinking. But it has to be managed in a constructed way. If a conflict leads to violence, fight and some kind of destruction and killing behavior. It is no longer beneficial or healthy. It can be good if it remains in a discussion mood. Conflict also arises when people perceive a threat to their needs, their ideas and independence. It may be within the group of people and countries.
