Today the topic given to me is Factory Worker. What a factory worker is? A factory worker is the person who works for an industry, manufactures finished commodities from raw material, creates the goods starting from scratch or even helping in the production line. Factory worker is the most efficient and valuable asset for an production organization anywhere in the world.

Working for the factory makes him the helping hand for the owner of the factory. He is the most relying person for the productions. A person who works for a factory is considered to be the back bone of the industry. He is the one who has to work precisely and accurately for the finishing of the goods in appropriate and desired requirements.

A factory worker generates the economic growth of the country. He has the power of earning money against the capital of the factory owner. If a factory worker is hardworking and passionate about his work, he can boost up the production which helps delivering the goods in time and fulfill the requirements of the industry.

In Pakistan, a factory worker is being used and abused in a very bad manner. He does not get the wage according to his hard work and commitment. That makes a factory worker to go beyond the described limits for earning enough money for his family needs. Some factory workers always stay loyal to their organizations and live their lives very simply. If a factory worker is well educated and has the right qualifications for his job, he will not only help the productions but also has much financial opportunities in his life as compared to the illiterate worker.

Government and employee’s unions can play a very important role in the rehabilitation of the factory workers as they are the key point in the successs of any factory, economic growth and prosperity of the country.
