Paragraph on Kalabagh dam in Pakistan
Kalabagh is a city which is located in the southern areas of Punjab. Researchers have found this place more suitable for building a dam to store water, generating electricity and supplying it along with the reserved water which can be used for farming. It is estimated that if Kalabagh dam is built the electricity produced from it would be very cheap at around 2.0 RS / KWH. Some say that it is a life line for Pakistan if built. But unfortunately some political elements are opposing this for their personnel interests. They don’t know the Importance of this dam and are making false propaganda against it.
