Silly questions are asked by people often in serious situations to create a light mood.Some people ask such questions out of habit.Children often ask stupid questions that make you laugh.There are questions which are too funny and you can’t just stop laughing.Some silly questions annoy you especially when you are in a different state of mind.If you ask a serious person some silly question,he will get mad at you but if the person is lively,he will give you an interesting answer.So it depends on who is asking the question and who is answeing it,situation matters too.
