Retirement is that phase of life towards which every person keeps on looking not onlyfor the benefits he/she gets from his / her company but also he/ she will get his/her time for their family and for their self. In that phase every person tries to fulfil their all unfulfilled desires / wishes by their resources. They use to give their time to their family and relatives. But retirement is not supposed to be suitable for every person due to the greed of their family for money and freedom. So after retirement they will again have to join any other job to support their family.
