What is depression?
Definition of depression:
It is the combination of tensions and worries, a specific duration which lead to depression disorder,
Depression is a disorder which developed by extreme sadness and many other symptoms, like sleeplessness, lack of appetite, restless, fatigue and worries. There are some factors which is responsible for the development of this disorder, such as environmental factors, financial problem, marital problems, genetic factors and so on, The onset of this disorder is very high depending upon the prevalence of this disorder, There also found gender differences, according to this female are more frequently as compared to the males. In starting some depression symptoms developed in a person one by one, a person began to upset, unhappy, sad mood, these are the starting symptoms, then person feel lack of appetite, restlessness fatigue. Within few days the symptoms of worries and sleeplessness start to occur. All these symptoms tend to happen in 1 or 2 weeks, this is the initially stage of the development of this disorder. The total duration of this duration is more than six weeks, If any person did not go for the consultant or treatment this may lead to longer, and then its lead to severe form of depression. There are many types of depression, Major depressive disorder, moderate and mild depression form. Its may be the caused by some environmental factors, or either be due to the some other problems such as financial or marital problem in life, It destroy a person personality, because the patient or person may recover this problem but there are more chances to develop it again. In the case of severe depression patient need to hospitalized or a psychiatrics. In depression patient probably feel helplessness, hopelessness, suicides thinking come into his mind. A person do not take interest in any things, want to leave alone, he/ she always think negative about every thing, person may feel loneliness but never go for join the company, patients feel they are going to take social stigma, they feel shame and do not go for the treatment of any minor disease, but no doubt if a person willing to go for consultant a psychiatric then there are more chances of recovery,
It is not difficult to recover this disorder, its better to go for treatment at time as compare to the disturbance of whole life or person personality. A person should not be worry about minor things or problem. There is need to counseling of people who are unaware about this disorder and how to sort out these all problems, which leads to symptoms and developing a depression disorder.
